ABOUT ME

The Story

Luke Bailey is a creative executive and operator who builds brands, products, and cultural moments that people actually feel. His work sits at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution, with a career that moves fluidly through music, media, fintech, and brand building.

He began in his teens producing music for MTV and Viacom, then took an unexpected path into finance, where he brought a creative lens to large-scale initiatives at JPMorgan and Citigroup. Eventually he left the corporate world to create from the ground up, founding Neon Money Club and Units.Studio.

Luke has launched category-defining consumer products, developed original campaigns that generated more than 20 billion earned media impressions, and raised over $10M in venture capital to bring new ideas to life. His work spans collaborations with major brands and breakthrough platforms, including making history as the first consumer tech founder to launch an exclusive credit card with American Express.
